 - By registering as a Vendor or Entrepreneur on the Yaza Mall platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Eligibility:
    - You must be above 16 years old.
    - You must have an Instagram or Facebook or X or etc business account that clearly showcases the products or services you are selling.
    - If you have an official company, you must provide a copy of your company's Commercial Registration (C.R.).

    • Registration Approval:

      - Yaza Mall reserves the right to reject your business registration for any reason if it does not comply with the platform’s standards.

      • Mandatory Store URL Link Promotion:

      - After successful registration and once your store is ready on the Yaza Mall platform, you are required to promote your store by placing the new store URL link in your Instagram bio and on your WhatsApp Business profile. This ensures that customers can easily access your store from these platforms. Compliance with this requirement is essential for maintaining visibility and accessibility of your store to potential customers and is a mandatory condition set by Yaza Mall.

      • Product and Service Showcase:

      - You are responsible for ensuring that all products and services showcased on the Yaza Mall platform meet legal and regulatory requirements and have high-quality images representing your products and services. Yaza Mall reserves the right to reject any product or service images that do not meet Yaza Mall's standards.

      • Shipping and Delivery:

      - You are responsible for the timely shipping and delivery of products ordered through the Yaza Mall platform. You must provide accurate shipping information and ensure that products are delivered within the specified timeframe.

      • Refund and Return Policies:
      - You must clearly communicate your refund, return, and exchange policies to customers before completing a sale. Any disputes or issues regarding refunds, returns, or exchanges should be resolved promptly and in accordance with your stated policies.

      • Compliance with Laws:
      - You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to consumer protection, privacy, and intellectual property rights. Yaza Mall has no liability if you do not comply with the law.

      • Data Protection:

      - You agree to protect the privacy and confidentiality of customer information obtained through the Yaza Mall platform and to use such information only for the purpose of fulfilling orders and providing customer support.

      • Professional Conduct Requirements:

      - After registration, you are required to maintain a positive image and uphold the respected reputation of the Yaza Mall platform to customers. This includes conducting yourself in a professional manner and providing excellent customer service to individuals who reach out to you via the "Buy via WhatsApp" button on the Yaza Mall platform. This entails responding promptly to inquiries and providing accurate information about your products and services, in addition to respectful communication, providing high-quality products and services, and ensuring timely shipping and delivery without intentional delay. The manner in which you interact with customers directly impacts Yaza Mall’s reputation, credibility, trust, and professionalism. With all due respect, if we receive reports and complaints from customers indicating that a registered vendor or entrepreneur is not complying with Yaza Mall's terms and conditions, we will contact you and investigate each incident. If we confirm that you have failed to comply with these standards, you may receive a warning. Upon the second warning, you may face account suspension or removal from the platform. Each incident will be reviewed individually, and in cases of severe violations, immediate account removal may occur. Therefore, adhering to these standards is essential for maintaining the reputation, quality, and safety of our platform.

      - By registering as a vendor or entrepreneur on the Yaza Mall platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

       

      2 Step Two :

      Choose Your Subscription Plan and Click Purchase

      - After reviewing our available plans, choose the one that best suits your business and subscribe. To proceed, please contact us via WhatsApp.

      - For a fast and smooth registration, make sure to send us the following details when you initiate contact with us via WhatsApp, as it is part of the subscription approval conditions:

      1. Your full name (first, middle, and last).
      2. Your business mobile number.
      3. Your Email address.
      4. Your business name (company name, brand name, or activity name).
      5. Your location (wilayat/state and city).
      6. Your Instagram account name.
      7. Your business type (whether you sell products or provide services).
      8. Your target market (local, gulf, or international).
      9. A copy of your company's Commercial Registration (C.R.) if you have an official company.

       - Your business collection store link should use either your Instagram username or your official business name.

      - Please be aware that each step in our registration process is mandatory.

       - After you complete the initial registration via WhatsApp and receive approval, please transfer 1 OMR to the company bank account number provided to you on WhatsApp.

       - Please note that once payment of 1 OMR has been made, it is non-refundable. If you decide not to proceed with registration for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund. Therefore, we urge you to ensure that you are fully committed to the registration process before making the payment.

      - After transferring the payment, please send the transaction receipt details via WhatsApp.

      - Please note that your membership registration activation date begins on the same day as your payment transfer.

      - To maintain flexibility in our business relationship, you must commit to transferring your monthly membership subscription fee to the bank account every 30 days to ensure your store link remains active.

      - Any delay in payment will result in deactivation of your store link 10 days after the due date. Please contact us if you have any questions about payment delays.

      • Content details must be in English + Arabic.
      • Images quality must be high resolution and professional.
      • Images sizes must be Square 1080 x 1080 Max 1 MB.
      • Video sizes must be less than 4MB.
