What is Yazamall.com ?

YazaMall are Marketing E-commerce website for selling Products & Services in Oman. Which was founded in 2023 by Al Madar International for Investment Services company in Oman. We connect many of suppliers, manufacturers and wholesalers with customers. We work 24/7 to provide technical support and respond to buyers and supplier inquiries.

We offer many categories of products to buy and sell on YazaMall that cater to different needs and tastes, from accessories, electronics, apparel, gifts, books design, E-commerce website design, health and beauty... and many more. YazaMall website has 2 languages; Arabic and English to display products to millions of potential customers.

Customers on YazaMall can search for products & Services, and communicate with sellers, suppliers directly through What'sapp and request special custom orders, or purchase directly through YazaMall website. We offer you new and very big possibilities to grow your business on YazaMall website. We provide marketing and customer relationship management tools to reach and retain them. Our mission is to facilitate doing business and logistics and building broad relationships between suppliers from Oman and customers.

How to make an order and how it's proceed ?

Once you have selected your order from the products you can freely submit your order by clicking on “Checkout” button. Please note it is important that you check the information that you enter and correct any errors before clicking on the “Checkout” button since once you click on this input errors cannot be corrected. Correct name and detailed address information's are very important to be able to proceed your order and deliver it to were you wish.

On receipt of your order, Yazamall.com will begin processing your order and we will send a message on the final page that your order has been received and will be sent successfully to the provided delivery address. Where any payment you make is not authorized not successful you will be returned to the previous page on the website and we shall not be obliged to provide the services.

I forgot to add an item to my order, what do I do ?

Please contact us if you need to add, remove or change items from your order up to 10 minutes from placing the order on our website.

Order Cancellation

- You have the right to cancel your order up to 10 minutes from placing the order on our website.

- Please contact us if you need to add, remove or change items from your order up to 10 minutes from placing the order on our website.

- While every effort is made to ensure that accurate pricing and descriptions are maintained, we reserve the right to cancel any order that is based on inaccurate information.

- An order may be subsequently cancelled by Yazamall.com after you have received a confirmation, Yazamall.com reserve the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, and will notify you immediately of any such cancellation.

Refund Policy

Yazamall takes customer satisfaction very seriously. In the case of problems with your order, please contact Yazamall through our direct Whats'sApp number and we will assist you.

- In appropriate cases, if you have already been billed by Yazamall, we will issue full or partial refunds.

- In the following cases:

1. if you did not receive your order or received an incorrect order, you may be issued a full refund.

2. If part of your order is missing, we may issue a partial refund.

3. If your order arrived damaged or broken, please contact us on What'sapp as soon as you receive your order within 24H Max; and send us photos of deviance shows the order has damages or broken, You must return the order back to us with all the tags and everything came with it, we will issue full or partial refunds or exchange the product for you.

- In every event, we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

How long does the online payment refund process take ?

- The customer refund procedure might take 2-7 working days to process on the Debit /Credit Cards bank payment gateway. The customer has to follow on with his/her bank in case of any delay in crediting back the customer’s account with the amount previously paid by the customer.

- We will send an email to the customer that contains a printout of the refund advice printed from Debit / Credit Cards bank payment gateway as reference in case the customer wants to revise the bank with.

- Customers using the Debit / Credit Cards facility are requested to be available on their respective contact numbers.

- Credit or Debit cards used in placing orders through the online payment gateway on Yazamall website or applications must belong to the user. Otherwise, the user must attain the legal permission from the card owner to perform the transaction.

- The customer is entirely liable for placing an order using the Debit / Credit Cards facility after carefully reading all the terms & conditions.

What payment methods accepted at Yazamall.com ?

Currently; We accept Debit Card/Credit Card payment methods ONLY.

How to track my orders ?

Currently, You can contacts us through WhatsApp anytime to follow up your order.

A New Automated Tracking System will be applied at the beginning of next year.
